CASHEW NUT SOUP
Only made with Fair Trade Cashews please.
200g cashews
2 tablespoons of oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon ginger power
1 litre vegetable stock
Chopped coriander
Chop nuts
Fry onion and garlic
Add spices cook for 3mins
Add stock and nuts cook 5mins
Cool and blend
Reheat
Sprinkle chopped coriander for serving
