Any booking made directly between Djorff Palace and a client is subject to these terms and conditions. These terms are here to ensure that you, the guest, get exactly what you pay for and make the best of your stay with us.

To confirm a booking the client will pay a deposit of  a minimum of 50% within one week of the confirmation. The remaining balance will be paid by the client upon arrival at the hotel.

Should a client want to make any changes to a confirmed booking, Djorff Palace will not hesitate to do its best to help the client to realise these changes.


To cancel a booking please inform Djorff Palace as soon as possible. In order to cancel a confirmed booking the cancellation may be subject to cancellation fees which are calculated according to the number of days prior to the client’s arrival date.

A full refund is made if the cancellation is 60 days prior to the client’s arrival date at the hotel.

If the cancellation is less than 60 days prior to the arrival date cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

Between 45 and 60 days one night will be charged only.

Between 20 and 45 days cancellation fees will be 50% of the full stay

Between 7 and 20 days cancellation fees will be 75% of the full stay.

Any cancellation of 7 days or less will incur full charges.

In the unlikely event that Djorff Palace cancels a confirmed booking the client will get a full refund.

Should your cancellation or changes be due to Force Majeure Djorff Palace will do its best to make appropriate compensation.


All prices with the exception of the Malachite room are based on double occupancy and solo travelers are obliged to pay the full room charge. Additional charges will be made for children as follows:

Less than 2 years– free of charge

Between 2 and 11 years   25% additional room charge (for a third bed)

Children over 11 years must book a room at full cost.
