Beef Tagine with Raisins and Almonds

1kg beef

I sp olive oil

1 chopped onion

2 cloves garlic

2 tsp ras al hanout

1 tsp ginger and cinnamon

250ml stock

50g raisins

40g almonds

Brown beef

Fry onion garlic and spices

Return beef and add stock

Simmer for 1 hour

Add raisins and cook 15mins

Stir in nuts
